This 8-unit warehouse in North Vancouver, with small office/retail shop frontage, was one of the first new light industrial/commercial buildings to revitalize the area. Located in close proximity to Main Street and the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge, this LEED Gold Shadow project captured a greater sense of neighbourhood than traditional industrial buildings and was the recipient of an Architectural Design Award from The District of North Vancouver. Nick led the design of this project while working at Christopher Bozyk Architects Ltd.
