This project focused on the complete revitalization of an aging commercial unit near Clarke Drive in Vancouver. The scope included a full exterior facelift and an interior strip-out, renewing both the building envelope and interior spaces. The result is a clean, modern shell equipped with updated systems and facilities—ready for tenant fit-out. Through a highly cost-effective and design-forward approach, the outdated unit was transformed to look and perform like new, extending its lifespan and reestablishing its presence in the urban fabric.
