This modern and clean StepCode5, net-zero-energy home in Burnaby was designed for a fantastic environmentally conscious family. It was a priority for them to have an innovative, flexible and healthy home with a rental suite below.

We used pre-fabricated SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) and sustainable practices throughout the entire project.
