Not all gold is found at the end of a rainbow, and this new-build condo on Goldstream Avenue in Langford proves just that!

This modern mid-rise, wood-framed building is 6-stories plus 2 levels of underground parking. The 77 units share various amenity spaces, including a conference room overlooking the neighbouring golf course, a gym that opens onto the communal landscaped garden, and a spectacular roof-top deck.

The massing density is a model for both economical and environmental sustainability. This project focuses on integrating with the public by providing a new community plaza and contemporary art installation to be commissioned to a local Indigenous artist.
